Serving Suggestion: 1. Preparing the dough: Knead dough with lukewarm water and rest it for 5-10 minutes. Chopped onions, coriander leaves and green chillies may be added in the dough. 2. The prepared dough can be divided into appropriately sized balls for rolling. 3. Roll the dough balls with soft hands. 4. The rolled rotis can be cooked on tawa or tandoor. 5. Serve hot Missi rotis with a dollop of butter/ ghee on top.
